Askona — sleep products online store

Challenge

Askona is a major sleep products brand with a large assortment and a nationwide store network. A modern online store was needed that handles high traffic, serves product pages and filters across thousands of SKUs quickly, supports complex product configurations (size, firmness, bundle), and connects online orders with delivery and in-store pickup.

Solution

We designed and built the e-commerce stack: catalog with search and faceted filters, product pages with configurators, cart and checkout, account area, promotions, and regional scenarios. The storefront was integrated with ERP, payments, and logistics so stock, prices, and order statuses update without manual reconciliation.

Catalog and search

Categories, filters, fast search across a large mattress and furniture assortment

Configurators

Size, firmness, bases, and bundle selection with price recalculation

Cart and checkout

Checkout, promo codes, online payment, delivery or pickup selection

Omnichannel

Store integration: availability, pickup points, unified customer experience

Account area

Order history, favorites, delivery status, and repeat purchases

Performance

Catalog and product page optimization for peak load and SEO traffic

Regions

City scenarios: prices, delivery, availability by buyer geolocation

Integrations

1C/ERP exchange, payment gateway, logistics, and marketing analytics

Technology

Web storefront and catalog API, search index for faceted filters, integrations with ERP and payment provider, CDN and caching to speed up product pages and listings. Funnel analytics: view → configuration → cart → payment.
