Multilingua: AI Tutor for Speaking Practice
A multilingual Android app: learners pick a language, level, and tutor personality, speak out loud, and instantly get gentle corrections and short exercises built from their own mistakes.
Challenge
Make daily speaking practice accessible: no $20–50/hour tutor, no fixed schedule, no fear of making mistakes. The app had to support several languages at once, adapt to levels A1–C2, and give feedback on speech — not just on text.
Solution
We built Multilingua — an Android app with an AI conversation partner, voice input and output, pronunciation assessment, and separate progress for every language. After each session the AI picks one key mistake and turns it into a short exercise.
