Challenge
Mid-market and enterprise teams need a modern EDMS without a heavy legacy platform: clear approval workflows, hard deadline control, legally significant e-signatures, and fit into the existing IT landscape (1C, Diadoc, AD/SSO) — with premium UX and mobile approval.
Solution
We built Ordinarium — an electronic document management system covering the full document lifecycle from route launch to archive. A responsibility matrix picks approvers automatically; thresholds and regulations are configured without coding; leave data from HR systems reassigns tasks to substitutes.
