makeDecision: SaaS Decisioning Platform
A Russian decision engine for automating underwriting, pricing management, and business rules. A full-featured SAS RTDM replacement on a modern stack — up to 10 000 TPS and new product launches in 1–2 days.
Challenge
After SAS RTDM was withdrawn, insurance companies and banks were left without critical decisioning infrastructure: no updates, difficult to scale, and no way to quickly adjust pricing and rules to market conditions.
Solution
We built makeDecision — an enterprise SaaS/on-prem decisioning platform: not just a SAS RTDM replacement, but an expansion of capabilities. Microservices architecture, Russian tech stack (Java, Groovy, Python), Git/CI/CD, Canary releases, and Reason Codes out of the box.
