This Policy defines how personal data of users of the softverno.ru website (the “Site”) is processed and protected in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152‑FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006 (the “152‑FZ”), and other applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

2. Terms
The terms “personal data”, “processing of personal data”, “operator”, and “personal data subject” are used in the meanings set out in Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ.
3. What data we process
Depending on how you use the Site, the Operator may process:
- full name (if provided);
- email address;
- phone number;
- project details / message content submitted via Site forms;
- technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device information, visit date and time, page URL (when analytics and logs are used).
The Operator does not request special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, etc.) through Site forms.
4. Purposes of processing
- handling requests and responding to user inquiries;
- preparing commercial proposals and project cost estimates;
- entering into and performing service agreements;
- improving the Site and analyzing traffic;
- complying with the laws of the Russian Federation.
5. Legal grounds for processing
- consent of the personal data subject (clause 1, part 1, Article 6 of 152‑FZ);
- necessity to perform a contract or to enter into a contract at the subject’s initiative (clause 5, part 1, Article 6 of 152‑FZ);
- performance of duties imposed on the Operator by the laws of the Russian Federation (clause 2, part 1, Article 6 of 152‑FZ).
6. Processing procedure and conditions
Processing is carried out with and without automation tools and may include: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction.
The Operator takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, and dissemination.
Transfer to third parties is allowed only where required by the laws of the Russian Federation, or when engaging contractors (hosting, email, and analytics services) under a processing assignment / agreement, subject to confidentiality safeguards.
Cross-border transfer of personal data is performed only in compliance with Article 12 of 152‑FZ.
7. Retention periods
Personal data is stored no longer than required for the processing purposes, unless another period is set by law or contract. When the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, data is destroyed or anonymized, unless otherwise required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
As a guideline, Site inquiries are retained for up to 3 (three) years from the date of the last contact, unless a longer period is needed to perform a contract or protect legitimate interests.
8. Cookies and analytics
The Site may use cookies and web analytics services (including Yandex Metrica) to collect anonymized statistics. You may restrict cookies in your browser settings; some Site features may then work incorrectly.
9. Rights of the personal data subject
Under 152‑FZ, you have the right to:

- request rectification, blocking, or destruction of data where there are legal grounds;
- withdraw consent to personal data processing;
- appeal the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or to a court.
To exercise your rights, send a request to info@softverno.ru with the subject “Personal data”. The Operator will review the request within the time limits set by 152‑FZ.
10. Consent to personal data processing
By submitting a request through Site forms and/or checking the relevant checkbox, you confirm that you:
- have read this Policy;
- give consent to the Operator to process the specified personal data for the purposes listed in Section 4;
- understand that consent remains valid until withdrawn or until the processing purposes are achieved;
- may withdraw consent by emailing info@softverno.ru.
11. Changes to this Policy
The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available at https://softverno.ru/en/privacy-policy/. Continued use of the Site after publication of changes means acceptance of the updated version to the extent that separate consent is not required by law.
